As part of my Environmental Studies major, I pursued research involving human alteration of natural habitats, specifically the Mississippi River and its tributaries. The following research details the affect of human development on the ecological integrity of the Wolf River, a Mississippi River tributary, which runs through Memphis, Tennessee.
